We extended warranty period for sondes series F, Eclipse, Mark, SubSite up to 180 days.
We proudly wish to make the point that we could extend the warranty period due to the drop in percentage of failures for the last year up to less than 2%. Thanks to introduction of the conveyor repair all technicians have separate responsibilities, including double-tuning and testing of parameters before commissioning.
The warranty opens starting from the moment the sonde is received. All sondes are delivered with the statement of transfer and acceptance — it is the warranty certificate. Do not worry if your warranty certificate is lost, we keep records of all sondes and we know the date you have received it.
We kindly remind you that there are warranty exclusions in case the sonde was affected in one of the following ways:
The warranty excludes everything which does not depend on us.
We have recommendations of how to prevent oxidation.
We also have results of the comparative testing for operational performance of lithium batteries suitable for long-lasting operation. In addition we have checked durability of TWIN-type batteries in the field environment. Our expectations were satisfied — they are more reliable than any other unknown Chinese batteries.
Firstly, let the location operator email to us: firstname.lastname@example.org. One third of all “weird” cases of location behavior is resolved after consultation and not considered to be faulty. Such behavior may be caused by improper use and exclusion of external factors, or by other specificity in operation of location and the sonde.
In case our advice did not help, send your sonde to us for testing. We will check your sonde, if it is broken or not, and immediately send another repaired one to you.
